Welcome to Rubio Board Review. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rubioboardreview.com (the "Site") and our digital exam-prep products (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Educational use & medical disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep our content current and accurate, but clinical guidelines change. You are responsible for verifying any information you use in clinical practice against current authoritative sources.

3. License to use the materials

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our study materials for your individual exam preparation. This license is for one user only.

You may not:

• Share your access code, PDF, or login with any other person
• Resell, redistribute, or republish any portion of the materials
• Use the materials to create a competing product or service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or copy substantial portions of the Site

4. Access codes & accounts

When you purchase a product, we issue a unique access code by email. You are responsible for keeping that code confidential. Codes are licensed to one user. We reserve the right to revoke any code we reasonably believe is being shared or used in violation of these Terms, without refund.

Access is intended to be available for the lifetime of the Service. If we discontinue a specific product, we will provide existing users with notice and reasonable alternatives.

5. Purchases and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment information, you authorize the charge and represent that you are the authorized cardholder.

We may run promotional pricing or limited-time sales. Sale prices apply only to purchases completed during the active sale period. Past purchases are not retroactively discounted.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund by emailing arian102064@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

To prevent fraud, we may limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including repeat refund requests, code sharing, or downloading the PDF and immediately requesting a refund.

7. Pass guarantee

Our "pass guarantee" is a financial guarantee, not a guarantee of exam outcome. Passing any board exam depends on many factors outside our control, including your individual study habits, prior knowledge, and exam-day performance. If you do not pass after using our materials, your remedy is a refund under the 30-day refund policy described above. We do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX-RN, AANP, or ANCC exams.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, study guides, practice questions, rationales, mnemonics, flashcards, audio, graphics, design, and software — is owned by Rubio Board Review or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Rubio Board Review" name and logo are trademarks of Rubio Board Review. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users
• Use the Service to develop a competing product

We reserve the right to terminate any user's access for violations of these Terms.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers of warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that it will produce any specific exam result.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUBIO BOARD REVIEW AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rubio Board Review and its owners from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at arian102064@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL with the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
